THE Commission of Inquiry into the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) controversy can include overseas members.
Responding to queries from this newspaper, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka said that “it is being considered”.
He said the Terms of Reference has been drafted and would be released soon.
“It’s being made up now and is in draft form,” he said.
Mr Rabuka had said the Commission would examine the appointment of FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali and investigate claims made by former FICAC acting Commissioner Francis Pulewai.
